The Collective Bargaining Agreement is a contractual agreement in pursuant to the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act to establish terms and conditions of employment between the Governing Board of the Kankakee Area Special Education Cooperative (KASEC), members of the Kankakee Area Special Education Cooperative Association (KASECA) and the Illinois Education Association (NEA).
